Personal Training uses standard training principles in synergy with innovative methods to help you attain noticeable fitness results. Functional fitness is the core of every movement we prescribe to make your level of fitness and athletic ability cater to the type of body you want and the lifestyle that you lead.

What you do during your personal training sessions will depend not only on your current level of fitness and abilities but also on the type of lifestyle you have, on your body type and the goals that you have concerning your body.

As your body tones and strengthens you will see many positive changes that happen internally like reduced breathlessness while climbing up stairs, improved mood, decreased or changed dietary requirements. Some aesthetic improvements happen gradually while other occur rapidly. A few weeks are required to see visibly changes in the body.

Our training style varies with the combination of old and new and some very innovative. We prefer natural movement when possible - e.g. the use of equipment that would be similar to objects in everyday life and the use of physical challenges that are present in any normal environment. These prove to be effective in gaining fitness, are generally more challenging and results more visible.

Our goal is to get you fit and teach you to be able to maintain a good level of fitness on your own. We demonstrate how you can push your own boundaries in a safe way in any environment. One of our most important goals is to get clients to think outside of the arena of the gym and be able to train virtually anywhere and, in higher levels of fitness, ultimately with nothing at all.

Our training is run one on one or one on two in and around the area of Aldinga Beach. You can expect to sweat and to learn an whole heap about your body.
